¿How do I set up a new Wi-Fi network?

If you need to connect Ato to a new Wi-Fi network (for example, if you moved to a new home or changed your internet service), you can repeat the setup process from the beginning.

Steps to set up a new network

  1. Press and hold the black button on the back of the device for 5 seconds.

  2. Ato will restart the setup process.

  3. From your phone or computer, look for the network called “Configura tu Ato” or “Setup your Ato.”

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your new home Wi-Fi network.

Once the process is complete, Ato will be connected to the new network.
