Ato may repeat a message or reminder when it does not detect a response or interaction from the User. This behavior is intentional and designed to ensure that important information is actually received, especially in the case of meaningful reminders.
How does it work?
When Ato announces a message or reminder, it waits for some form of interaction from the User, such as:
A verbal response
Pressing the device button
If no interaction is detected, Ato may repeat the message up to 6 times to prevent it from going unnoticed.
Is this a mistake?
No. This is an intentional feature designed to reinforce important information in case the User did not hear it or did not interact the first time.
