Important: The transfer remains under the responsibility of the original device owner. Ato does not perform external validations regarding the transfer of ownership, so we recommend ensuring that both parties agree before proceeding with the change.
What needs to be updated?
To ensure the new User has the correct experience, we need to update the profile information, such as:
First and last name
Nickname
Date of birth
Location
Other relevant profile details

How do I request a transfer?
Simply contact Support and provide:
Confirmation that you wish to transfer the device
The new User’s updated information
The new manager’s email address (if applicable)
