No. For privacy and respect reasons, the conversations the User has with Ato cannot be accessed by family members, managers, or our team.
Ato is designed to support and accompany — not to monitor. The User’s personal information and interactions remain private to protect their intimacy, autonomy, and dignity.
What can I see as a family member or manager?
From the App, you can:
Send messages to the User
Receive delivery confirmations for your messages
Create and manage reminders
Manage authorized contacts
View general activity information, such as the last recorded interaction (e.g., “Last conversation X hours ago”)
This activity indicator provides reassurance about recent engagement without exposing the content of conversations.
Is it safe if I can’t see what they talk about?
Yes. Although the content of conversations is not visible, Ato is designed not to engage in delicate, dangerous, or inappropriate discussions. The system includes safety mechanisms that limit these types of interactions.
Additionally, if Ato detects signals that something may not be right, an internal protocol is activated to notify the appropriate family members or managers.
In this way, Ato balances the User’s privacy with the family’s peace of mind.
