¿What should I do if the “Setup your Ato” network does not appear?

During the setup process, one of the steps is connecting your phone to the Wi-Fi network called “Setup your Ato” or “Configura tu Ato.”

If this network does not appear in your phone’s Wi-Fi list, the best solution is to restart the setup process on the device.

How to do it

  1. Look at the black button on the back of Ato.

  2. Press and hold that button for a few seconds.

  3. Ato will tell you by voice when you can release it.

  4. Once you release it, Ato will restart the setup process.

After this, the device will begin the setup process again and the “Setup your Ato” network should appear so you can continue the configuration from your phone.
